Receptionist – The Kennels (Casual Role)

Hourly rate: £12.21 plus 12.07% holiday pay uplift (£13.68 per hour)

Join our team at The Kennels, a stylish private members’ club set within the beautiful Goodwood Estate. As our Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for every guest’s visit, creating a warm and memorable first impression.

This is a casual role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Greeting guests and members with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Managing bookings, telephone enquiries, and general questions
• Building a good understanding of our offering – including the restaurant and wine list
• Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience

What you'll bring:

• A passion for delivering great service
• Previous customer-facing experience (hospitality, events, or retail all welcome)
• Confidence using computers and booking systems
• An eye for detail and a proactive approach
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Reliable transport – please note we are not on a public transport route
