To keep driving D2D’s success, we’ve created a brand-new opportunity for a dynamic Sales Director to accelerate growth for this innovative solution, designed to simplify joiner, mover and leaver processes for organisations that need seamless IT delivery.
What’s the role?
As Sales Director for D2D, you’ll set the vision and strategy for one of our fastest-growing divisions. You’ll build and inspire a high-performing team, drive customer acquisition and forge strong partnerships that position Novatech as the go-to provider for automated IT delivery. This is a senior leadership role focused on team management, development, strategy creation and delivery. There are no individual sales targets for the role, the targets set will be based on team delivery and leading from the front. It’s an exciting role with real impact, it’s a role that focusses on internal and external collaboration, working closely with our CEO and shaping company-wide transformation.

We’re seeking a proven leader with a track record of building and guiding high-performing sales teams. You’ll bring solid experience in B2B sales, selling into C suite level and this would have come ideally from within tech or service-based industries.
Strategic planning, thinking and execution is key, alongside exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills. You’ll be commercially savvy, customer-focused and passionate about driving innovation, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where agility and ambition go hand in hand.

Work life balance is important to us. As part of our hybrid working arrangements, you'll initially be working in the office every day for at least the first month to complete your induction training, after this, you'll be working in the office for a minimum of 3 days a week. We are really lucky as we have good transport links to the office for when you come in, alongside free staff parking and a lockable bike shed for if you drive or ride.
