What you'll be doing:
Welcoming guests like old friends - warm, professional, and always personal
Leading and supporting a team of amazing Hosts during your shift
Training new team members and helping your crew grow with you
Solving problems with confidence and kindness
Making sure everything runs smoothly - from check-in to check-out
Using hotel systems (like Protel) to keep things seamless
What you'll have:
You're a people person through and through
You’ve worked in customer service before (hospitality is a big plus)
You’ve got team leadership energy - even if it wasn’t your job title yet
You love learning new tech and tools (hotel booking systems = bonus points)
You’ve got your own way of getting here - we’re in beautiful countryside (lucky us!)
