We are seeking two motivated Assistant Greenkeepers to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team, reporting to the Head Greenkeeper. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-quality playing surfaces and wants to develop their skills within a professional golf environment.

The Role

You will carry out routine golf course maintenance tasks as directed by the Head Greenkeeper or Deputy Greenkeeper, working in line with the Golf Course Policy and Continual Development Training Scheme.

• Carrying out golf course maintenance tasks to the required standards
• Building effective working relationships with managers and colleagues
• Attending departmental and operational meetings as required
• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
• Ensuring all work meets company quality and training requirements

About You

You will be passionate about what you do, with a positive, proactive approach and strong attention to detail. You will be organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and comfortable taking responsibility for your work.

You'll also demonstrate:

• A friendly, "can-do" attitude
• Good communication skills
• Confidence in decision-making
• A strong work ethic and sense of pride in high standards

• NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Maintenance or equivalent qualification
• Spraying certificates PA1, PA2 and PA6
• Experience of working to a consistently high standard
