Catering & Hospitality staff wanted!

We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join the Front of House team at the historic Brands Hatch circuit for our promoted event weekends!

We require Waiting staff & Servers with weekend availability primarily for our upcoming promoted events including:

• British GT & GB3 Championship – Saturday 28^th & Sunday 29^th September
• British Touring Cars Finale – Saturday 5^th & Sunday 6^th October
• Bennetts British Superbike Finale – Saturday 12^th & Sunday 13^th October
• British Truck Racing& Fireworks – Saturday 2^nd / Sunday 3^rd November

HOSPITALITY WAITING STAFF

Working as part of the Hospitality team, this position will be based within our VIP hospitality suites based across the circuit. Here at Brands Hatch we have various hospitality rooms including over Brabham Stewart Suites, overlooking the iconic start / finish straight and our Cooperate hospitality floors giving panoramic views of the full Indy circuit! Candidates will ideally have previous waiting and silver service experience, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. For these roles you must have a customer first attitude and have a high attention to detail!

SERVERS / FRONT OF HOUSE

Working in our busy Kentagon and Hailwoods restaurants, you will be based on the servery, serving plates of food to our guests. Duties will also involve ensuring the front of house areas are kept clean and tidy by clearing and wiping down tables, ensuring disposable goods are kept stocked up and that the floor is kept free of spillages and mess at all times.

The key ingredients to working in our Catering & Hospitality teams are:

• Staff who are smart and presentable at all times
• Team players who have a fantastic attitude to work
• Experience of working within a similar environment, although this isn’t essential
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing manner
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Access to your own transport is desirable owing to the location of the venue

Due to the nature of the business, the successful candidates will need to have a flexible approach to working hours. Shifts times across the different departments vary however will be based around an 8 - 10 hour shift. Please note applicants must be over 18 for any position that involves serving alcohol.
