Passionate about delivering events

As our Event Planner  you'll be a pivotal member of our team and will be at the very heart of planning and delivering our Group Projects across Goodwood.  These include, Goodwoof, Nucleus, the Magnolia Cup, Qatar Goodwood Festival and the Doghouse Events.

A creative and lateral thinker, you'll help research content themes, develop creative ideas and investigate innovative ways to bring these to life.  With a working knowledge of event "best practice" standards, you'll be responsible for the creation, planning and delivery of content for Goodwoof, managing all aspects from content planning, ticketing and correspondence with our suppliers and experts that help make Goodwoof happen.

You will maintain a high level of operational delivery and, where possible, improve practices and processes, ultimately ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience at Goodwoof. 

An excellent relationship builder, enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach, you will work with key stakeholders to help deliver WOW moments across our portfolio of events,  exceeding customer expectations.

What you'll need:

• Passion for delivering events
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to use your initiative, multi-task and think laterally 
• Strong administration experience
• Working knowledge of project management software and techniques
• A valid UK driving licence
