We now have a brilliant opportunity for a 'hands-on' Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Head Housekeeper and oversee the housekeeping operations at the Goodwood Hotel.

With your great people skills, you’ll be responsible for driving excellent levels of service and professionalism, inspiring and developing the team, and ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness.

Daily duties will include managing the rota for staff across the hotel and two multi-sites, stock control, payroll & training and development. You’ll lead by example, be flexible with tasks, and help strengthen the great working relationships between departments at the Hotel.
