A leading estate agency in Woking is looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager. This is an exciting and rarely available opportunity to join a successful team.

As a senior member of the office the Assistant Letting Manager's key role is to direct and control the day to day operation of the lettings department in order to meet agreed targets and key business objectives whilst managing a team of Letting Specialists.

Duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Lettings Manager

  • Manage day to day operations of a busy and successful letting department
  • Manage and coach a team of letting staff to ensure that they appropriately motivated and trained
  • Plan and develop a strategy to attract new landlords and properties
  • Develop and identify new business opportunities & contacts within local business community
  • Conduct market appraisal appointments effectively selling Finders Keepers advantages
  • Keep in touch with changing market conditions
  • To provide first class service to landlords and tenants promoting success through recommendation
  • Ensure a high standard of marketing of properties

Essential requirement for an Assistant Lettings Manager

  • Minimum two year's experience in sales/lettings agency
  • Excellent track record in achieving targets
  • Experience of managing people
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
  • ARLA / MARLA qualified ideally
