We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Sales Specialist - role eligible for bonus - responsible for: 

  • Performing a wide range of outbound phone activities to grow and maximise client retention 
  • Welcoming clients to our services and driving client satisfaction
  • Promoting the range of Fittleworth services 
  • Winning back clients to our business 
  • Working to targets with the opportunity to earn bonus 

Skills required to be successful:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer first attitude
  • Sales background with a passion for exceeding targets 
  • Experience of working in a high-volume customer service environment 
  • A positive attitude and team player 
  • Resilience, with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Good computer literacy

This position is on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:45am – 17:15pm.
