Do you like working in a team, where people are valued and careers are progressed. Do you have a minimum of 1 year's office experience? Admin Support staff are responsible for assisting the Consultants and Administrators.
What does the role of an Admin Support involve?
- Distributing incoming mail to the appropriate recipient.
- Using the Company's standard word-processing, spreadsheet and e-mail software (currently Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook/Exchange).
- Ensuring all paperwork is filed promptly and that files are maintained in good order.
- Printing off standard database reports
- Storing and retrieving papers for Follow-Up
- Photocopying.Undertaking other tasks at the consultant's request
- Production of standard letters on the instructions of the consultant
- Producing Financial Statements including emails, letters and telephone calls, scanning, database and uploading of documents
What skills does the Admin Support need?
- Minimum of 1 years office experience
- Good telephone manner
- Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiar with databases

- Salary of £19,000
- 25 days holiday (3 to be taken at Christmas) rising on length of service
