We are currently recruiting for a Prescription Coordinator 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to join our fantastic team based in Nottingham.

The job holder will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients, nurses, and medical professionals in the day-to-day management of patient’s prescription requests, processing and dispatching of prescriptions to the patients dispenser of choice. Working within the templated guidelines for the service, the Prescription Coordinator will be responsible for taking prescription requests and signposting clinical issues and questions to clinical nursing staff. This is a fast paced and rewarding role with frequent patient interaction.

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• The ability to use initiative and cope under pressure whilst working within the requirements of the department’s procedures.
• Keen to go the extra mile for the long term benefit and of clients and the Service.
