We are looking for a People and Development Business Partner to provide an effective, proactive and customer focused service to the managers and teams in our Entertaining and Hospitality division (Goodwood Hotel, our restaurants, The Kennels and Hound Lodge and Goodwood House).

Using your generalist HR knowledge, you will coach and challenge managers on all areas of HR, ensuring we are delivering an expert and professional service to suit a fast-paced and commercial hospitality environment.

What do you need to be successful?
• Excellent experience of providing a business partnering service to managers in a busy and varied commercial environment.
• Ideally you will have worked in a hospitality or F&B HR role, and have a good understanding of the industry and challenges faced.
• Working across all levels, you will have a confident and positive attitude with the ability to gain trust quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
• You will ideally be fully CIPD qualified with excellent knowledge and understanding of employment law and best practice.
We are lucky enough to work in some stunning countryside, so your own transport is required.
