We are currently recruiting for a Distribution Manager to join our Sunderland Care Centre team to provide localised management in coordinating the preparation and dispatch of client orders. In this role, you will enjoy working logistically, in a bustling environment; with the support of a close-knit team environment.

This position is on a Full Time basis working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm.

The new role holder will be responsible for: 

  • Providing general operational and people management to the Centre;
  • Leading, motivating and engaging a small team to achieve KPIs;
  • Light warehouse duties - including picking, packing, checking client orders and preparing them for dispatch;
  • All aspects of stock management and replenishment;
  • Hand-customisation of client orders;
  • Communication with internal departments, as well as reporting and analysis of the operations function.

We are looking for individuals who have strong experience working in a high-volume distribution, dispensing, supply chain, or retail background. You will be an engaging and proactive leader with people management experience, with meticulous qualities of striving for accuracy and resolution; taking pride in all work completed. High computer literacy is essential.
