The Sports Marketing team have the enviable role of marketing four exciting areas of the business the iconic Motor Circuit, the Racecourse home to the flagship Qatar Goodwood Festival, the historic Aerodrome and the Estate's two championship golf courses.

We are now looking for an energetic, proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support the team to deliver effective marketing strategies for the Racecourse.

The role will encompass all aspects of the marketing mix, with a particular focus on digital marketing.

This is perfect job for a recent graduate, or someone looking for their second job, with a keen interest in developing their career in marketing. Whilst we'd love to see an enthusiasm for horseracing, we're more interested in finding a candidate with strong copywriting skills, the ability to get on with people, and a thirst for learning.

Customer service is key to all we do at Goodwood, so a genuine interest in delivering marketing communication with a customer focus is important.

With a busy calendar of racing fixtures, it is a fast moving environment which will suit someone who is good at meeting deadlines and juggling differing demands, whilst not losing attention to detail. A qualification in marketing, or work experience in a marketing environment is a strong advantage.
