After a year of exponential revenue growth, the UK team is nearing the end of it's launch phase and are looking to grow their internal finance function. Playing a crucial role as Finance Manager in UK Finance function, you'll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities in a dynamic and modern environment. This is a fantastic time to join this business, having just recruited a new CFO, the finance team have gone from strength to strength and are looking to consolidate their position.

They look for capable and experienced self-starters to further expand their UK operation.

Reporting into the UK CFO and CEO, you'll be an experienced Accountant with at least 3-4 years in a similar, high growth role or within practice. You'll likely also have recently qualified in a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).

This is a hands-on position in a fast paced setting requiring a high degree of initiative and a self-starter attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Weekly reporting to the UK CFO and Group Finance team
• Significant involvement in month end close
• P&L, Cash Forecasting and analysis of the Sales Pipeline
• Day to day cash management, debt collection and all other financial duties
• Identify cost saving initiatives and areas for improvement
• Ensuring the adherence to compliance processes
• Managing invoice financing and payroll
• Responsible for accounting, billing and payments
• Oversee the development of junior accountants alongside the CFO
