We are seeking Full and Part-Time Support Workers to join our friendly supportive team at our Supported Living Project in central Bognor Regis.

Our team support people to live in their own flats and to access the community. We help the people we support to manage their day-to-day lives, to achieve their goals and realise their dreams. People have varied abilities, but most need support with cooking, cleaning, and doing their household chores. We support people at the bank and with budgeting, menu planning and shopping. Others need help with personal care and medication; some need behavioural support. We support people to attend health and medical appointments. We work in partnership with the local community social work team and other professionals. We liaise with landlords ensuring that peoples' flats are well maintained. People like support to go out and enjoy them selves, to have a social life and be part of the community. In the past we have supported people to go on holidays, go scuba diving, jump from a plane and take a cruise on the Mediterranean. We believe that people with learning disabilities should be part of our communities, have the same opportunities and lives as everyone else, and have a real say in the type of support they need.

We are seeking full and part time support workers who:

• are over the age of 18
• have a manual driving licence
• are flexible to work on a rota covering early mornings, day and evening shifts, alternate weekends and sleep-in shifts.
