This is not your typical hospitality role.
Picture yourself serving delicious food on the patio as golfers play in the distance. You can smell the barbeque cooking, and hear the roar of an engine as a Spitfire flies overhead.
Variety is the spice of life. You could be hosting an after party following one of our world famous events, running a members evening, or working in the bar while our guests watch sports in the Club Lounge.
Open from breakfast and throughout the day, The Bar and Grill is at the heart of the Hotel. Used by a wide variety of customers, it's a fast paced restaurant with a laid back atmosphere and bistro style dining.
You'll be second in command to Colin, running a busy 80 cover restaurant and managing a team of 16 staff. You'll use your current hospitality experience to ensure super high levels of customer service while revenue is maximised. You'll be a hands on manager, and will thrive on inspiring, coaching and training your team to be the best in the business.
