Stonepillow offers shelter, information and support to empower homeless and vulnerable people to make positive changes in their lives.

As a Tenancy Support Officer, based within the Supported Accommodation team, you will support service users moving from Supported Accommodation into independent living whilst supporting them to develop life skills and build confidence.

Ideally, you will have experience of working with homelessness as well as substance misuse and/or mental health issues. A working knowledge of safeguarding and implementing individual support plans is desirable as well as the ability to work independently, often lone working, as well as in part of a team.

It is essential that you will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of Health, Housing and Work issues facing service users who are in recovery.
