Salary NJC Grade 7, £21,057 - £23,166 (pro rata).

Would you like to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team identifying best matched placements for children looked after and care leavers?
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working within established frameworks to ensure that best outcomes are achieved for young people. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills and be confident working within a busy team. You will be taking referrals from social workers and liaising with WSCC foster carers, WSCC residential children’s home workers and workers within independent providers of fostering and residential care. If you are looking for a job that will provide you with a solid understanding of children’s routes into care and their experiences in care then this may well be the role for you. Based in Worthing this is a full-time post’.
