You will be part of a pool of trainers and assessors delivering governor training; with sufficient experience and expertise in school leadership and governance to be able to understand initiatives and develop appropriate training responses; sometimes working with external providers as well as for their own delivery. As an experienced professional, with excellent facilitation and communication skills you will develop and deliver management training, through a wide range of training and assessment solutions. You will have a proven track record in education as a trainer, school leader or governor, with an excellent practical knowledge of designing and delivering learning events using the latest methods, including e-learning and blended learning solutions. This will also include working across all different subject matters as required. With the ability to present information clearly, concisely and accurately you will be assessing, designing and delivering activities using a range of techniques including , taught courses, e-learning, blended learning, interactive workshops, team development, coaching and distance learning, within a quality framework.
