This is an exciting new post responsible for providing continued support to the volunteer community through recruitment, development and retention to develop and maintain the high standard of the advice service. To coordinate and implement a recruitment plan attracting new volunteers and take a lead on planning and organising recruitment events. Line management of the volunteer coordinators across CASSCAB to provide a first class high quality advice service in line with the contractual service requirements within Central & South Sussex Citizens Advice Bureau. Applicants should have:- • Good communication skills • Experience of recruitment and selection • Experience of supervising volunteers • Possess excellent IT skills.
