Travel Claims Handler, Sussex. C£20k plus excellent benefits and annual bonus.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced claim assessor to join this travel claims business based in Sussex.
Ideally you will have travel claims experience although other areas of claims experience will be considered.
Ideally someone with a second language, Italian preferred.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide a highly professional service to customers in relation to travel claims.

Handling a portfolio of claims, identify valid cases and/or decline where necessary.
Ensure compliance regarding FSA and TCF regulations
Ensure that claims are managed in line with SLA's
Handle escalated calls and deal with any complaints in a timely, professional manner.

Experience of dealing with Personal Accident and Liability claims a distinct advantage.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced regulated environment.

This role will require flexibility regarding working hours as regular 6 and 7am starts will be required.
