A teenage boy who has Muscular Dystrophy requires help with personal care and domestic tasks as well as accessing social/ recreational activities both at home and in the local community.

He is a chatty fun loving teenager who particularly enjoys console games, board/ card games and watching films at home and at the cinema.

• Successful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts.
