Working hours:

• Monday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented E-commerce Fulfilment Operative to join our busy operations team during a peak trading period. You will play an important role in ensuring online orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time to our valued customers.

As we operate in a fast-paced and agile business, your duties may also include supporting general warehouse operations, checking stock levels, receiving deliveries and helping maintain accurate stock control.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily dispatch deadlines and customer expectations.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure orders are correct and products are in good condition.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working effectively under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Assisting with stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Receiving and checking deliveries and putting stock away safely.
• Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Following food handling, hygiene, health and safety procedures where applicable.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Well organised, with good attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy environment.
• Flexible and willing to support different warehouse tasks when required.
• Able to travel to and from our premises independently, as public transport options may be limited due to our location.

Previous warehouse or e-commerce fulfilment experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
