An accountancy practice based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, are looking for a qualified Manager to join their growing team. The firm has a strong reputation, particularly for their christian ethics and client relationships. Due to the nature of this role and the firm itself, it is an 'occupational requirement' that this candidate be a practicing evangelical christian.

About you:

• ACCA/ACA/CTA qualified
• Minimum of 2 years PQE
• 5+ years experience within Practice
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Ability to plan and self-manage workload
• Experience managing a team of staff
• Confident reviewing work of juniors
• Skilled in preparing financial statements
• Strong technical knowledge
• Charity/church accounts experience is desirable
