Accounts Assistant – very attractive company!

A leading specialist business based in Hove requires a motivated accounts professional to join their Financial Controller in the newly created role of Accounts Assistant. Working closely as part of a 2-person team, you will benefit from a highly varied and broad accounting position which has strong future prospects.

A full job spec is available upon request. It will describe a mixed role of sales ledger, purchase ledger, banking / cashiering, and other general bookkeeping duties.

The ideal candidate will –

• Be AAT qualified or an active AAT studier
• Have good existing experience at the Accounts Assistant level
• Be a confident self-starter who can work well independently
• Have strong IT skills including Excel and either Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
