The University of Chichester invites applications for a Senior Lecturer in Law, to lead on the establishment and validation of a number of Law related programmes. The successful applicant will be a qualified legal expert/law scholar with professional and/or academic experience, ideally in programme design.

 

Committed to networking with relevant external parties, the post holder will be key to the integration of the new Law provision within the University's portfolio, bringing excellent communication, teaching and learning skills. The post is set in a Department of Humanities and a willingness to explore inter-disciplinary teaching and research skills will be encouraged (for example, linked to European Studies, History, Human Rights, International Law, Philosophy; Politics or War Studies). The role holder will also be invited to work across teaching disciplines to champion student professional employment outcomes, including, but not exclusively, in fields related to legal studies.
