Overview of duties:

• Effectively carry out expense management and reporting
• Maintain Oracle accounts payable and general ledger system
• Ensure appropriate authorisation of all payments
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of balances to suppliers
• Maintain specific account reconciliations and analysis including tax pack analysis and intercompany
• Complete and report on projects allocated, ensuring effective and timely reporting as required
• Provide ad hoc assistance and support for wider finance activities as requested
