In partnership with Chichester college we are developing a new service for young people who are living away from home for the first time whilst attending Chichester college.

We are recruiting now for support workers to be part of this innovative service. Your role will be to support people in their new homes to develop their independence and embed the life skills they are learning at college.
 
You will work as part of a team, on rota supporting people at home and in the community. We are excited by the potential of this service and we want to hear from people who think they have something to contribute to the development and running of this service. No previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities or autism is needed, but an interest in social care and working with this client group is a definite must!
 
The contractual hours for this post are range from 20 to 37.5 hours per week which includes sleep-ins and shift work.
