Established for over 30 years, a small yet successful family run business is recruiting a Company Accountant to join their team based on the outskirts of Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Parking is available or the office is a short walk from Wivelsfield train station.

This is a sole role within finance so you'll enjoy being busy and confident in your accounting skills and experience to work without direct supervision or assistance.

Key pointers:

• You will be proficient in Sage 50 and Excel
• Ideally you will have experience in dealing with both GBP and Euro bank accounts
• Comortable around monthly reporting, P&L and balance sheet, VAT returns
• PAYE including end of year returns and P11D expenses and benefits
• Monthly payments as well as day to day invoicing, bank reconciliations, credit control, expenses, commissions with some general administration

If you have experience with Excise duty and deferment as well as having French language skills then we will be very pleased to speak with you! Although not essential!
