An exciting role has come up for a Support Worker for a mental health charity based in West Sussex.

A successful applicant would be responsible for delivering a high quality service to the  service users, promoting social inclusion, maximizing independence and enabling clients to take control over their lives.

The role involves:

* Supporting clients in their own homes.

*Assisting them in the community and to attend appointments/ meetings.

*Sign posting them so they can access services available to them.

*Participating in review assessments of the service users.

The company is looking for an experienced,  male car driving worker, that is able to work between Shoreham-by-sea and Chichester. The position will include regular weekend working and up to full time hours. This role is to start as soon as possible, pending a clear CRB, with possible interviews within the next week.
