We are looking for enthusiastic, forward thinking HCPC registered, qualified Occupational Therapists to work in various teams and locations countywide. Locality Occupational Therapists As a fieldwork OT you will be part of an energetic team who work with primarily with adults with disabilities in their own home, undertaking assessments and helping to make arrangements that promote their independence, particularly throught the use of equipment and adaptations. All staff will have a small number of children’s case to enhance their professional development. Reablement Occupational Therapist Our Regaining Independence Service is a time limited service providing reablement, rehabilitation and recuperation for people who have been ill or have a disability so that we support them to live as independently as possible in their own homes. These are new posts to support our forward looking service. We are seeking Occupational Therapists with commitment and drive to assist us take the development of this innovative service to the next phase including in-reaching in to our modernised day services that are now working to a reablement model. Reablement will be at the forefront of service provision in our Adults Services and offers exciting opportunities for Occupational Therapists to play a leading role in its development.
