Based in either Burgess Hill/Crawley Links College or Chichester/Littlehampton Links College. Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in secondary schools is essential. The ability to work independently and use your own initiative is desirable. Experience of multi agency approaches would be advantageous. You will need to have the ability to confidently take the lead in working with secondary school staff in schools across the North/South of the county. Your role will be to support schools and staff in working towards solutions that will ensure the inclusion of young people in their appropriate school settings.
