WorkAid is a key project within the Aldingbourne Trust providing a range of opportunities to support people to progress towards and into voluntary & paid employment. WorkAid also provides a range of related services, including vocational training, accredited courses, support with job profiling, job search, skills matching, interview skills, work tasters, work experience and development of 'soft' skills.
The Administration Assistant role requires flexibility to support the WorkAid Senior Administrator to provide administrative and other support to the WorkAid team and a point of contact for customers and those interested in our services. The Administration Assistant will assist in maintaining accurate and timely reports, including data entry, correspondence and general office / administration tasks. Based primarily at the Aldingbourne Country Centre, the post holder may be required to attend other offices around the County. At times, assistance with other activities such as training will be required.
The contractual hours for this post are 18 hours per week
