The post holder will be an integral role within our team of technicians supporting and developing innovative approaches to maintaining and designing laboratory equipment, supporting the team of Sports Science Laboratory Technicians to deliver the requirements of the department of Sport & Exercise Sciences and take on the role of Deputy Senior Technician when required.
Having a working knowledge of digital circuit design and production, an awareness of Health & Safety regulations and being able to demonstrate your experience of designing and building mechanical devices and apparatus in a range of materials whilst being flexible in your approach are essentials for this role.
