An opportunity for a qualified Finance Director to join an established non-profit making organisation based in Worthing, West Sussex.

You will work closely with the Chief Executive and play a key role within the leadership team working collaboratively towards the clear objectives of the organisation. As Finance Director, you'll assume responsibility for the strategic development of the financial, Human Resources and general corporate administration systems and services.

About You:

• Qualified in either the ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA professional accounting qualification
• Experience of shaping, working towards and achieving the strategic vision within a business
• A track record of managing and improving finance teams with the ability to instigate a cultural change where necessary
• Have the ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making as part of a management team
• Experience of developing and implementing finance and controlling systems and processes that align with the organisation's overall vision and its current and future business objectives
• Possibly have a mix of commercial and charity/N4P sector experience
• A real tick in your application would be if you have Access Dimensions experience although not essential
