With the training and exposure you'll be getting from day one, you'll be in an optimum position to really excel and grow into a highly skilled recruiter. We don't just rely on one method at HJ - we believe in utilising a hybrid of styles and leaving no stone left unturned... What does this mean for you? You'll be an expert in old and new school methodologies, utilises traditional networking techniques to advanced sourcing practices to identify talent.

Above all, you'll be joining our most established division - Accountancy & Finance - and collaborating with a team that hold a diverse range of individual specialisms and a successful history in recruiting for well-known brands ranging from start-ups to MNCs and boutique firms to the Big 4.

What do I need?

• You'll hold a 2:1 degree (or above), including a good academic track-record
• A lot of ambition, self-motivation
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• The confidence to carry out business development and drive your own desk (after training)
• A high level of self-motivation and ambition
