About the Role
MYT exists to improve the life chances of young people. This post is critical to achieving outcomes for young people and communities in East Sussex in line with the Theory of Change (currently being reviewed).
Located within the Youth Employability Service, the post holder will work at an operational management level to provide line management support to a team of Advisers and Administrative staff. The post holder will analyse data and information and create reports for the Senior Leadership Team and commissioners. Post ohlders will be flexible and willing to undertake duties outside of traditional working hours and have ability to travel across East Sussex to fulfil the role.
The post holder will oversee aspects of the Trust’s social media presence in East Sussex as well as gathering and acting upon stakeholder feedback.
The post holder will ensure delivery meets all contractual requirements through performance management, appraisal and line management review. The YES Manager will work closely with the Area Director to maintain quality standard and carry our regular auditing whilst promoting relevant
