About the Role

2 x Teaching Assistant 1-2 term time only

30 hours per week as follows:

TA1/2 - 25 hours per week - TA1-2 FTE is £15,116/£15,809 pa (pro-rata) PLUS Midday Supervisor responsibilities - 5 hours per week - MDSA FTE is £15,013 pa (pro-rata)

The main responsibility of the post will be to support teachers in the delivery of the curriculum, both by directly working with pupils and assisting in preparation of resources. Applicants should be innovative, enthusiastic and flexible and have an interest and knowledge of child development and an understanding of child protection procedures. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a sensitive and empathic approach to working with young pupils.

If successful you will become part of a very committed and hardworking team. While some experience of working with vulnerable young people is preferable it is not essential. We will provide you with high quality training and support.
