About the Role

Based: Horsham

We have an exciting opportunity to join Southdown’s Employment Service based in Horsham.

You will be offering support to people with Mental Health Conditions, Carers and with various other challenges (age 16+) in gaining/retaining employment.

You will be responsible for working directly with a caseload of clients in community settings. Candidates should have experience of delivering vocational advice and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment and empathy to maximise vocational opportunities for vulnerable people.

This post requires you to be a driver with access to a car for work purposes.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
