We are achieving this by fully embracing the principles and freedoms given by the Care Act. Our social workers use their creativity and innovation to work in a person centred way. We work to develop a truly partnership approach with citizens as active players in how support and care is delivered.

Brighton and Hove Council is part of the South Coast Regional Centre for Social Work Education, a teaching partnership with local universities. By joining us, you will benefit from innovations in education and post qualifying learning which puts social work at the heart of new models of care.
