You will assist the cook in preparing, cooking and providing nutritional and varied meals offering choice and excellence to a diverse range of people. You will be responsible for providing a varied tea menu and to clean the kitchen and equipment. You will be expected to cover the Cook when on Annual Leave training or days off. Experience would be preferred but is not necessary, as training will be provided.
