About the Role

The Roselands Stafford Federation is a three-form entry Infant and Junior school a stone’s throw from the beautiful Eastbourne sea front. The two schools work closely together sharing expertise and good practice.

The pupils are well behaved, polite and enthusiastic about their learning and are supported by a committed, positive and hard-working staff team who believe in putting the children at the heart of everything they do.

As a TA you will support children in class and small groups or individuals with a range of needs. The post includes either 30 or 60 minutes of lunch time supervision.

You will support learning, contribute to positive behaviour management and help maintain the safety of the pupils. We are keen to hear from applicants with experience of working with children with special educational needs. Training will be provided.

We are aiming to recruit several teaching assistants, both full and part-time, to join us as soon as possible.

Closing date: Friday 06 October 2017 at noon. Interviews: Week beginning 11 October 2017.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
