Are you looking to gain a professional qualification that will help you grow your career? Brighton & Hove City Council is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Central Collection Team within Business Operations as a Level 3 Apprentice. You will study towards a new qualification created by industry professionals and will be trained by the Credit Services Association. Studying will involve a mixture of classroom based tutorials and workshops in London with e-learning and written assignments. At work you will join our busy and friendly team and learn about our debt collection processes, carrying out a variety of tasks as defined in the job description.

You will be based in a modern office in Bartholomew House, in the centre of Brighton.
