About the Role

We are seeking to employ a self motivated and experienced Assistant Head of KS3 to support the Head of KS3 and Tutors in providing and organising appropriate care and support for students pastoral needs to ensure maximum progress of all groups of students. You will also provide administrative support to the Head of KS3.

The successful candidate will join our Pastoral Team and will have the drive and intent to secure school improvement; have a creative and innovative approach and an ability to embrace and promote change; be enthusiastic and determined to support the school in its drive for continuous improvement.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
