We are looking for someone with good interpersonal and customer relations skills who will be able to guide new applicants through the stages of accreditation. You will play a key role in coordinating the application process, and lead on interviewing new applicants and supporting them to undertake the required training.
Excellent organisational skills, monitoring and recording /ICT skills will be required to ensure robust accreditation. Good communication skills will also be needed to publicise the scheme both internally across ASC teams and externally in County wide publications and at events.
This is a varied and rewarding role, that will enable you to play an active part in up-skilling the care and support sector and improving services.
