Working alongside other Information Officers, your main role is to support managers and practitioners to manage performance, and to improve the quality and consistency of recording for the organisation. You will work across a number of social work sites to assist staff in the use of CareFirst and associated systems; provide one-to-one guidance and instruction to facilitate better recording practices on those systems and produce written documentation for staff to refer to regarding accurate use of those systems. In addition you will communicate new and amended practices for social work recording to staff and provide on-site assistance for common technical problems.
