We are currently recruiting for a roaming Onsite Senior Contract Consultant primarily based between Eastbourne and Lewes with 2 days a week travelling into our Croydon based Recruitment Hub.  

The primary function of the Senior Contract Consultant is to service our client by fulfilling and identifying recruitment opportunities within the local market and generate revenue by placing candidates into temporary vacancies.

You will also:

- Payroll and maintain your own pool of workers.

- Screen CV's and manage 2nd tier supplier submissions.

- Arrange interviews.

- Ensure audit compliance.

- Attend and participate in Contract Review meetings.

- Organise hiring manager meetings, including training sessions where required.

- Manage complaints and log queries.

- Attend workshops, supplier forums.

- Run and schedule reports for management information.

- Deliver a high level of customer service to both your client and your temporary workforce.  

You will have / be:

- Excellent computer literacy.

- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

- Proven customer service, relationship building and problem solving skills.

- Able to prioritise workload in line with deadlines.

- Self-motivated with the desire to learn.

- Experience of recruitment / business development.

- A history of achieving challenging targets.

- Enjoy a challenge, a fast-paced environment and be dynamic in nature.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
