The successful applicant will work to a schedule in the buildings and outside areas you are responsible for in order to meet the standard specified in the schedule, and agreed with residents. They will also work in designated blocks within the city, as a site specific cleaner, or to be part of a mobile team, travelling between sites, but also to be flexible and be prepared to work in other areas as operational needs dictate. To appreciate that your place of work is where people live and that the duties you carry out will impact on the appearance of residents’ homes and local environment.
