To help us maintain our effective services we are looking to recruit a motivated individual to work in our Southern area Support Broker Team based in Worthing, but also covering the areas of Adur & Littlehampton. You will be working as a team member to assist customers to recognise ways of helping themselves by supporting with information, advice and use of local networks and/or help plan their support if they have eligible Social Care needs.

Ideally suiting an applicant with relevant experience of social care and the proficient use of IT programmes is essential, along with effective communication skills.
